It is my first time entering the MTA and they ban me without any justification. I do not use any "SPOOFER" as the BAN message says or I have changed my serial number, I do not understand if this was a BAN by mistake but I need to talk to a Staff or someone from support so that they can verify my case well and they can unban me. They already told me "reinstall the OS" but that is not a solution that you should provide against new users, you should take this further and see if the person violated the game's regulations or not. (I don't have anything on my computer, I use it for music production work and until then, this had never happened to me)

Hi, Please provide your game serial. This is needed so the anticheat team can further investigate your case. You can grab your serial by launching MTA, opening the console (F8 key by default) and typing 'serial' without any quotes.
