Gta:sa save file

Ok.. so i installed the game and it doesnt work correctly.. When i start a new game, on the begging cinematic the game just freezes and about 10 seconds later exits with a windows error.. so i tried downloading a save file off gamecopyworld.com (fully complete with all the insane weapons(which is exactly what i dont want)) and it worked.. so i was just wondering, if someone who has grand theft auto san andreas could quickly start a new game.. and without taking any detours, save the game and upload the save file so i could download and play without a problem.
