What happens when i download new car and i play mta?

No other mods are to be used alongside MTA. As it says in the EULA, Manual, Readme, Website....

If you want to play GTA with mods, it is advisable to install it again into another folder and have 1 modded version and 1 clean version for MTA.

Yea, what he said. If you read the EULA you would have known that NO 3rd party applications/modifications were allowed to be used simultaneously with GTAIII or Vice City whilst playing MTA.

2. You are not allowed to alter any binaries or libraries that came with the software. This includes, but is not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling and hex editing. An exception can be made for educational purposes although this requires a new license which has to be requested to and approved by the MTA team or when such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation
