I don't think there is anything that can block it from moving up or down. Are you sure you are using the right button?

Yes num_8 and num_2. Sometimes it works and sometimes not, or I work and the other person does not.

If it was not possible to have them move and sometimes can be. This can be by the duty? The duty can beat and aim and the player who is not on duty may not.
