How to Installing MTA's Resources to GTA San Andreas?

Hey so ummm, i'm new in MTA so im just asking, Can we Install MTA's resources to Our GTA San Andreas Offline? Thanks!

No, you can't. But you could start a local server (only accessible for you) and try reproduce the GTA SA environment in MTA, such as with bots driving/walking the streets. Almost nothing found in singleplayer is impossible to achieve with scripting, you can go as far you want it to nearly match GTA SA.

But just moving MTA scripts into GTA? no way..
