is modding mta without bypassing crc checks considered cheating? i dont mean modding like omg flying fire truck modding i mean like adding timestamps to all text in mta etc. more stuff like that, thats not actually cheating and can be distributed right?

well as eai said, if it does support mta, and does is not effectivly used for 'cheating', plus doesnt actually modify any of gta's/mta's files, i dont see why not.

How about game mode add on.

eg: drag racing mode,capture the flag.(not mta:ma scripts btw)

They could be linked to mta:ma but would be ingame modes.
