can some1 copy and paste their mta cfg file here?

Its because I need the key binds especially for the specating mode like spectate next -> so i wont have to type /next

You can use the /bind command in-game (eg: /bind arrow_r next) ... theres a list somewhere in the readme/manual of commands and available keys, but they don't tend to stay saved, another bug of 0.5
