help with helicopter in MTA VC

does anyone know how to get a helicopter. Please i am dying to get one in death match for vice city MTA.

They have a hunter in the army base, sparrow ontop of the mansion, police maverick on the helipad near the downtown police station and a yellow maverick in a grassy bit...Can't remember what the area is called
