Vehicle Spawn problem

Hello guys, I have problem with adding new cars in server. Everything looks working but old cars spawns but new ones not and i dont understand what's the problem.

Can someone help to fix it? if its possible

thats the all code but in that line which i told u seems error when i added new vehicle but that line where is error i never edited or touched

No i dont use dayz 0.7 or Dayz 0.9.6a because i dont understand them like how to  add new vehicle but maybe i should try 0.7 but im not sure
