Do you make these maps and textures by yourself ?

Models mostly come from internet , gta mods or gta 5 and gta 4

Textures mostly come from these too , but i remake some of them by my own

Added this Tower/Mast  on the golf course to make it look better

for me it fits there

Story Information:
Everything takes place 5 months Before GTA Online
After login You fly into Vice City in a passenger plane like in original GTA Online , meanwhile there are some Fancy Camera points looking at the plane/ or the character
when you fly there is a music  - "White wedding" (You might know it from GTA SA)
and in one point GTV Logo shows up (What is GTV? , i should have explained it before , but GTV is the name of my whole team - Grand Theft V)
After this cutscene ends you are put into VCPD Criminal Designer (Character creator)
Where you can:
Create/Choose a character (will also display on logining in)
Choose a skin (Or basic clothes , hairstyle , head and skin colour if you select CJ)
Change you skills (Note: it will work like in gta online , you have 36 hours to spend on skills , for example you select all skills to 0 and set stamina to 100 and then you can't select anything other)
And start the game
At the start you will be greeted by ???? (1. I don't know the character yet , 2.Trying to not spoil everything)
after you complete the Freemode tutorial you are free to do anything you want
Explore
Do Missions (For ???? first , later you will unlock more characters like *SPOILERSSS* Yusuf amir from Tbogt and many more)
Play some deathmatches/races/captures/other gamemodes or wait for freemode events
Go into strip club "And have fun"
Drive around
"Make enemies and enemies" (Parody of gta online trailer , where they said Make friends and enemies even tho everyone kills everyone on sight)
Join a Faction (Police [Vice City Police departament , Gator Keys Highway Patrol , Vice Swamps Ranger Patrol etc] , Vagos , LostMC , Haitians , Fire departament or Be a medic)
Do side missions (Taxi job , Bounty hunter <-- killing criminal not as a cop , Trashmaster , Bus driver , Firetruck missions and medic missions <-- different than Jobs)

And there's more stuff that i want to add , server will be big and i hope there will be many players on it
(Note: after finishing the map i will post EVERY Model Texture and collision , whole folder without lua and meta files and then you can paste it to mta directory and your download is speed up by 60%)

Redid the radar map and f11 map
now its 90% showing where you are (better than before) and better quality
More stuff:
*Added more HQ Vice Cry models into haiti
*Fixed Shark and Fishes models (previously underwater aircraft carriers :v)
No pics for now because something broke and i couldn't do a picture , so i left and im too lazy to open mta again

One more thing about the story
You will meet max payne too
*Added Location Display *Used Districts Resource*
*Better Radar
*Cleaner F11 Map and added San Vice aircraft carrier to it
*Added new weather system
- It will change the weather after some time
- Custom weather names
- Custom Weather order (For example i didn't use weather 0 , 1 etc , i only used the vice styled ones , mostly from San fierro and Las venturas)
*Updates to Haiti and HaitiN (No prelight yet , first im working on all the models , then i will do lightning fixes , or maybe i will remake the whole map without prelight , it should look good but bad for people which like prelight)

And yes , these Houses down there | don't have the textures on the roof , im using not completed vice cry version which was done on gta v engine , why? because by an accident my vice city img got corrupted

Some more things i did earlier:

*Added an command called ./snow , toggles the snow
*Added an command called ./w , toggles water shader

This time we are starting a new "Branch" it will be "Nightlife , Hookers , Drugs and money Update"
Short info:
*Remaking every script into single gamemode , and trying to remove all the errors
*Trying to make the server more stable and make everything Cleaner
*Adding Nightclubs , Strip clubs , Casinos , Offices and starting Side missions stuff
*Making new Login system
*Vehicle spawns for Factions
*Making new menu UI similiar to Beta GTA Online (http://imgur.com/a/fUdx5)
*Working on Reputation , Level system and stuff like that , including Option to Join the factions
*Redoing the Tuning script aswell as adding more tuning places and more people to it (Currently we have:

I mean why would you need it , i don't see anything have to do with login on vc (≧∇≦)/

because it would look kinda weird when you would just join and see the map then type register blablabla...

its not a map change but i post everything that is related to my server here (even tho i could start this thread in server's topic)

Anyways after you login there will be another menu where you can create a character (3-5 Max) and then select it and play

Today there was a new GTA V Update.. you know what it means?
i will start doing some garages and other awesome stuff

VCS Style Bloom (Edited bloom shader resource)
*Changed music and font in Temponary Login panel and made it play a video istnead of playing a .wav file (Less download)
