Help with script

Hello! I am new to MTA:SA and I have a script but it makes you register on the website to play, How can I disable that and what do i open to do so?

No-one can do anything with this generic description so if you don't give more details you likely wont get help here and it remains unanswered. I would say, just don't run that resource unless it integrates with others/other scripts are dependent on it running.

If you don't run the web register script in mtaserver.conf startup or wont start it, do bugs appear / will your server still be playable as it was without any issues?

But I need more information to give accurate answers.
