Guest Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 Um... sorry to be newbish and all, I just got MTA:VC working and whatnot, except I've run into something a bit unexpected. Is it possible to have people in MTA... I mean like walking bitching complaining people, the population of Vice City, cops and the like ? Caus as much as I like the idea of MTA, it feels more like Vice Desolation than Vice City ? I'm making the assumption that, no there isn't. But I'm asking to validate that. How about MTA Blue as well ? I read that it's going to be a better version, but is that still going to be a desolate city where we can't harass the citizens or be bothered by police/military?

I'm sure someone will try to sync peds with Blue, but I'm not sure how successful they'd be. MTA:SA FAQ - Read this before asking questions.
