I have been using this !tip script in PartyServer and it's helped some new ppl get over the learning curve and helps ppl understand that most ppl don't cheat

This script looks for a tip.txt file. The tip list for version 0.5.0 is below the script. If you think this is helpful enjoy. I know it's not very complex... Thanks again Oli.

To pack a hunter with people, press enter and before you get in press home.

When fighting a lagger who stands still, Use automatic weapons or fire and keep moving.

Shotguns: crouch after you shoot then run, this will skip the recoil animation.

Shotguns: When you are knocked down spin your mouse and press away while jumping to survive.

Shotguns: Wait for your opponent to shoot then you aim where they are going while you shoot.

Shotguns: When you knockdown someone run around first, then shoot them in the back 2 secs later.

M60: Shoot at the person, if no damage run stop and try again, they can cancel your shot if they shot first.

M60: Stand behind walls and next to trees while shooting, watch the map for backshooters.

Always use your surroundings to your advantage, hide behind barriers to protect yourself

You can crouch behind short barriers to protect yourself, you will appear standing, so can others!!!

Try to get the highground. Weapons shoot down better than they shoot up.

Never jump from a moving car you are driving, if a passenger or a bike use this to sneak up on people.

Knock people down with your car then get out and shoot them.

A hammer, machete and other melee weapons are at the "bunch of tools" between the mansion and the Washington PD.

If you spawn Secret Service you can get a flamethrower at the gas station on the corner

Spec mode controls: /next or arrow keys to switch people, (you may crash). /kill to exit spec mode.

Script commands: !loc # will find anyone you want. also use !ping !car !find !admin

To send a PM type /msg

PM a gang: /msg clan You don't need to use the brackets or correct case.

If no admin is around and you see a cheater type !votekick #, if a vote is running use !vote.

Not that many people really cheat, keep trying different weapons and keep at it to kill bad laggers.

Ping isn't the only way to lag. If someone has a slow slow computer they will lag. Most laggers stand still.

Shotgun: Run from someone, they will follow, Stop, turn shoot, wait 2 secs and cleanup.

Shotgun: When someone is waiting to finish someone after a knockdown, Line up behind them both kill 2 for 1

Shotgun: One well timed Moltov will finish anyone who is knocked down, careful you don't burn yourself.

GhostCar: type /kill when you are in a car, you only die when you get out... noone can see you!

Grenades: Run around a corner and drop a nade for whoever is chasing you, keep running.

Knockdowns: You will see them getup, fall then getup... shoot while they get up the second time

When fighting teaming players run always and inbetween them, Only shoot when one blocks you from the others..

Always watch your map!!! Trianges pointed south mean people are lower, North higher, Squares level

The triangles by the Malibu are people who are out of the game don't be fooled and go there hunting.

Never Ever Pause!!! use /kill or /quit or just stay there waiting. Pausing will get you flamed or kicked or both.

Avoid talking shit and shit talkers by saying, G1, N1, or nothing. don't bitch when you die you'll gain respect.

If you see a cheater that is really cheating say who he is, where he is and what he is doing... not just "cheater"

The bloodring, hotring and dirtring are in this game, Go to the stadium and have fun... 3 entrances in the front doors.

GTA3 is hosted on this IP too... ports are 2012, 12 and 14... less glitches, more cars and the dodo!

Never shoot twice with shotguns... One and run... with automatics short bursts and keep on the move!

The weakest part of a heli is the blades.

Need to disappear in a hurry? Shoot over a car a few times then hop in as a passenger.

Always shoot tires on cars before trying to blow them up... keeps them from getting away.

If you too close to others you can't be shot or shoot them, use melee weapons.

Hiding: The best hiding spot in MTA is the stairwell in the hotel across from the Malibu, noone can use radar on you

Loading screens are great places to ambush people when they enter the loading screen you can kill them.

When you try to kill someone running for health concentrate your firing at a spot right before the health spawn.

Cop shotguns have a longer range and faster rate of fire than stubbys, keep your distance!

Moltovs, Grenades and FlameThrower go thru walls, use this on someone waiting around a corner.

The only weapon in MTA that does not have a pickup spot on the map is the M60.

Hunter weapons and fists and drivebys are not synced, don't ever use them it's a waste of time.

90% of the time people are falsely accused of cheating. Normally it is sync and lag.

PartyServer admins commonly play using random names to catch cheaters. Admin is around most times.

After you master stubby fighting, that same technique can be used with any weapon.

As a player starts jumping begin shooting where you think he will land, adjust as needed.

Noone is on your team, MTA is free for all deathmatch unless you have agreed to team with someone

Always let other people spawn and move away from the starting spot before you fight them

In a crowded fight you are better off not "finishing" anyone, catch others when they try.

Whenever you cheat in here you make baby jesus cry

Look at the spawn screens before joining to see if ppl are around

Stubby: If you press forward and sprint while you shoot and hold it you can walk while shooting.

Crusaders spawn with 100 health, after they die don't spawn as one twice (or as a cop) or it kicks you

After you have died as a crusader you can spawn as Mex, Sailor, Robber or Secret Service with 100 armor

Yeah I know but I think it's better that new ppl know what is possible so they are prepared and they dont' think everyone is cheating. I don't use all of these but I know them all, so should everyone else.

Nothing in that list is a cheat and ppl use those things everyday. If you are new and frustrated that list is a welcome thing. If you don't like it and you want to have some sort of superior inside information then please ignore this thread and this script.

I want a level playing field so until glitches are gone Im sharing the knowledge. thanks
