Guest
I've got 4 computers that tries to play MTA:VC on the same server, but everybody gets the message "Kicked because of suspect trainer use". How can I fix this, because we are having a LAN and don't know how to make our own servers. Please help me! Link to comment
orappa
From the Known Issues thread: MTA says you have a trainer but you don't Try closing every other open window first. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling, then reinstalling MTA 0.5 again. It has also been reported that changing game version from 1.0 to 1.1 (vice city) can fix this, though we're not sure why - we're looking into it. Further Update: All the error reports that have come in about this are using Vice City 1.0. Try updating to 1.1, if this _doesn't_ work, contact me. Update: It has been reported that "Kaspersky Anti Hacker" can set off this error. We advise that you close "Kaspersky Anti Hacker" if you wish to play MTA 0.5. Link to comment

[ACK]Blaze
ok ok......now I get that alot of times, like if I am inMTA and connected to a server and I am browsing around in the forums and click on an image that leads me to Imageshack, once I am connected to the imageshack I get kicked from the server immediately "Suspected trainer usage" but I have found out why, imageshack and some other websites can be filtered as "Trainers", to solve this problem (what works for me) go into your internet browser and click on tools and go to options, from there delete all the cookies and temp internet files, and clear the history and then you should be able to play, still if not try and restart your computer and see if it works after you did this. This seems to work with me well. Link to comment
xerox
also check what version of vc/lc your running, that comes up with the same error if you choose the incorrect version Link to comment
