go to your gtavc\TEXT folder and copy all files in there EXCEPT of american.gxt, then go to gtavc\MTA and paste them in there, voila

some no cd cracks cause problems, i'd suggest not using one, MTA wasn't designed with cracks in mind..

also try an uninstall of both the client and GTAVC, then reinstall GTAVC and then MTA (don't just install over GTA)

I think I recall hearing somewhere that no-cd cracks with the blood patch caused problems.
