0 Jusonex Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 It isn't illegal if the name isn't a registered trademark (which is true for almost all servers). The moral requires that you ask the previous namebearer though (if possible) - at least if we're talking about a "non-standard" name.
