Jani Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 a shared connection, even worse. running an mta server with anything short of a 10 megabit connection is unwise, especially when the same connection is shared across the network. i once tried to run a server off my 1mbit connection, but the pings hit the roof when there were 3 players in there.
