He has repeatedly attacked our server (Registered Felons-Stunt) with an exploit panel, using Buffer overflow messages. He was asked to stop once, refused, was kicked, then returned and continued. He was banned, changed his IP came back, and continued. He has been banned for around 30-40 different IP's, all under the 172. range. I recommend not allowing him to play in your servers, and request that you ban him on site. He has done this on multiple occasions. I also ask that you forward this to other admins. Thank you for your Time in this matter.
