Cannot Connect to a server while...

Well I was connecting to an MTA SA Server and it wasn't connecting I thought the server was offline then after 30min, I connected to my another WIfi and I saw that the server is on, I talked wth him at Skype he told me server is online and hosted, I told him ok and then yea he was right I saw it online, then I connected to the other internet that wasn't working and i saw that i cant see the Server and cannot connect to it... Any help? in this connection that doenst work there is servers that are working and servers aren't, so i wish u can help me.

P.S: I restarted MTA more than 1 time.

In the 2 connections there is wifi and i troubleshooted the 2 wifis.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.

Ehm, nevermind, it got fixed itself, I meant with 120k characters when I need to post there is a maximum of 120k characters and Diag was 220k characters, thank you for your support.
