Hey is it possible to create a server with a windowsvps?

Heyho.

i have a problem, i ordered a vps without knowing it and i want to do now smth because i won't get my money back, And it will be a waste if i do nothing. so is my question is it possible to create a server with a windows vps? and if it is do i need to do the exact steps like a windows pc?
