Which SA Version should I buy?

Hey everybody,

I lost my old San Andreas DvD so I need a new one.I've been looking around for different SA Version and got pretty confused.

Does that mean the MTA installer will downgrade the cut SA game to the state it was in before the songs were removed?

If yes would I be able to put a uncut patch on the game in order to play the game uncut in MTA and Single Player?

For Amazon it says "For the Standard edition of the game, if MTA is incompatible, try obtaining a GTA SA 1.00 No CD - any HOODLUM release will function correctly. What Version should I buy if i live in Germany and want the game to be working fine with MTA and be uncut?I wouldn't mind having a completely english version of the game.
