free weapons in portland

where in portland can one find free shotguns? i can never find anything but the gay pistol.

and also, why do i experience, ALL THE TIME, guys who i shoot with the pistol but their life never drops at all, but i get shot with the pistol and get fucked up? (i die)

if u had just browsed the forum a little bit then u would find a sticky in the useful topics section with a map that has locations for weapons/ammu-nation shops/paint job and also health, but im gonna be a nice guy and give u the link anyway

and about problems killing others, ermm either u have a bad connection and lag alot or ur just a lousy shooter, really the aiming system in MTA:GTA3 is superb, cause there's a lot more chance that u hit the players that ur shooting at than in VC, well i think so.
