More Weapon Pick-ups

I think the normal version (not the stunt version should have more weapon pick ups available as i find that i am always out of ammo. Also tanks should be available to players and people who use cheats or MODS should be banned from using MTA

That would take some serious balancing, as a tank versus everyone else would not be fair.

The weapon pick-ups are well balanced , it motivates u to travel distances and see a part of the city.. whilst picking up weapons

also u'll see that players that use mods and cheats are indeed getting banned (even tho they find around the bans at times ) most servers have admins keeping an eye out for cheaters.
