Hey guys this is my first topic ,,, anyways

I wanted to make some money out of selling Mta Race and other game modes such as Play etc ..

I make Scripts which is based on the buyers idea i will make a full server that includes UserPanels , loginPanels , Race Gamemode , Play Game mod, and have ready Scripts that 1 or 2 servers might have

if you are gonna buy the ready Resources it will cost 5 Usd , 10 Usd , 15 Usd , and that depends on the Scripts

if you want custom ones that will only be sold to you that is 20 Usd to 30 Usd

if you are gonna buy a full server that is custom to your desire is will be 40 Usd to 50 Usd

And with any scripts that will have a bug or you need to change something or even want me to set it up on your server if you dont know how. keep in mind after buying the scripts all you need to change in that script / Scripts will be 100 % free

i did not say i made 100+ scripts ! i said i have 100 + scripts and if u actually read the topic you will see

We have many old scripts which includes RPG and Race.. not all are new but most of them were for my old server's so no one actually has them:)

and no none of them are stolen ! all were given to me or i bought them,,

Yeah selling other people stuff that was ither made for me or that i bought ! i don scam or steam and u dont have to act the way you are so try to be nice ??? im just trying to get some money ...

and too cleare the air i have a right to sell scripts that i bought ~~!

let me put it this way if you buy a car and after a year or two you want to sell it can anyone tell you no ??

and if a script that i did not buy and the orginal scripter comes to me and get mad over it i will gladly give him 80 % of what i got if dosnt agree ill give 90 % if hes still mad ill give him 100% of what i gained from his script.

and im not taking there scripts and saying i made them the rights will not change i just edit the script to others people liking or make them a new one ...

Except the fact that a script is not a car. You don't have the right to further sell it if you bought it - unless it is stated that by buying it you acquire a license to use it for commercial purposes. Or if the author specifically gave you permission to sell it.

Your logic is flawed in so many ways.

so what you telling me is if i buy something i cant sell it ? so basicly im paying money for something and selling it for the same price or lower i cant do that ???

then y do i pay money ? for me to have the script 4 years or 1 year and do nothing and get nothing out of it ?

@Dealman: Stryke made a very good point, here's an example of what he meant: Let's say a guy made a movie and decides to sell me the movie, and i decide to sell it, no one can tell me no.. It's not like I'm saying I directed/produced the movie or anything like that

That is not the way it goes. Licensing is there for a reason, and if you break it and get caught, you can actually get sued to court and you will lose everything you have. It is better to follow the license agreement.

You can always sell your stuff regardless of who you got it from. Being able to, and not allowed to, are two different things. I can always drive a car without a license, yes, but I am not allowed to. I can do that, and if I get caught, I pay a fine and the car will be locked down.

It will not be funny after ten years when all of a sudden you get sued to court for breaking license agreements. Large companies can also get sued for using non-commercial code in their projects. If they use those "for personal use" scripts in their large projects without special authorization, they can get sued and well, they pay a lot of money for that. I suggest you keep everything realistic and follow the agreements.

If I ever caught someone selling my open source code, I would sue them for breaking my license agreements.
