Shamanas, 'realdriveby' is packed with MTA server default resource nowadays, https://mirror.multitheftauto.com/mtasa/resources/

If you fail to let it work, simply put 'realdriveby' from [gameplay] in the server 'resources' and refresh/start the server and type 'start realdriveby' in the console. It's not hard..
