This is regarding suggestions for MTA, not whatever this is. You want a team of people (volunteers) that teach people how to map? Why not just ask someone yourself? Look at YouTube tutorials, or exercise your brain! Do some graphical design. I highly doubt the MTA Team will waste their time asking around for mappers to assemble.

Mapping isn't something to learn like scripting, mapping isn't easy yes, but you don't have to learn how to map, and as Spajk says, it depends on your imagination of structuring objects.

I agree with Tete omar. He's right. Mapping depends on how you imagine of structuring image . Mapping team is not needed. Some people know how to map well.
