ok this is how u find out its a mafimatical formula

think of enny number between (999999 and 999999999999999999) times it by 10000000000000.378 then get the square route of it then times it bye pie then forget that number and go to your loocal mystic meg and ask for the winning numbers and win the lottery and pay the mta team £1,000,000 to put it out bye then end of the week and im sure it will happen.

It probably does say different times, because time is currently not synced in MTA. Could you give more details, such as whether you're using a router or not?
