Hello, I was wondering if I can get tweets from twitter using fetchRemote? I did some tests and found a lot of error like errno 1. So is there any other possible way to get tweets?

Erno errors:

CURLE_UNSUPPORTED_PROTOCOL (1)

The URL you passed to libcurl used a protocol that this libcurl does not support. The support might be a compile-time option that you didn't use, it can be a misspelled protocol string or just a protocol libcurl has no code for.

What you could maybe do is this: server->php file->read content of twitter->send back to MTA

If you aren't familiar to php then just say it, I maybe can help you.

I know lua scripting only so I need your help in PHP to use callRemote and I already saw that PHP API but I don't even know a thing about PHP.

It would require callRemote. fetchRemote downloads files, and callRemote can call the php script & get a returned value. Use this: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/twitter-libraries, they have many different libraries, including PHP and Lua. I've never used either one though.

I already tried that and it keeps giving an error: a boolean value and function cancelled to call.

You could use JSON + fetchRemote from Twitter API: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api/1/get/search

You can use your custom PHP page to get everything and transform into JSON, and then send to the server. Furthermore, you can use default Twitter JSON API.
