Lukis37
Hello guys, I have two problems.. hope you can help me First one is that when I add "misc_a" to vehicle model so vehicle still can't connect a trailer (like baggage or utility van). Do I need any script? Second one is that I can't find those textures: Cheers, Lukis Link to comment
50p
I'm not sure about the question #1. You can get all these textures from vehicle.txd which can be found in: \models\generic Extract these textures to: <3DS Max folder>\maps Link to comment

Noki
Define misc_a please. And if there is any object or mod in the way of the connection that the vehicle uses, then it simply won't connect; no script needed. Link to comment

I added this point to sweeper model file, because I saw this in baggage and utility van dff. When I replace my model to baggage, so misc_a works, trailer connects. But when I replace my model with "misc_a" in model file to another car like cheetah, sweeper or something that's normally without trailer, so it doesn't work. Trailer doesn't connect. Link to comment
50p
It must be hard coded. As you may know, some vehicles have misc_a, misc_b, misc_c and misc_d. They all work differently due to the special properties of the vehicles. Eg. Hydra uses misc_a for the front wheel which comes out when you trigger landing gear. For the Rhino, misc_a is the entire turret, misc_b is the cannon (lifts up and goes down), misc_c is the tip of the cannon where the shells come out. Link to comment
