SQL question

I wanted to ask you if I can use the same the same sql strings for sqlite and mysql ?

I saw this in a script and I wanted to know if I can use it in sqlite or not

an other question : is it possible to remove a column from a table and to rename it if yes wish funcs I can use

You'll need 'ALTER TABLE' http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/alter-table.html OR http://www.w3schools.com/sql/sql_alter.asp

( ALTER TABLE table_name RENAME COLUMN old_name to new_name )

Yes. MySQL and SQLite string's are the same.
