SugarD-x
As a brief update, ixjf and SLC have been added to the team, and we have made tremendous progress in fixing several major issues and bugs, as well as completing some planned features. Among those problems, GTA III 1.1 now loads properly again, and server bans were updated to use XML format files. More to come soon! Link to comment
SugarD-x
Another quick update! It seems MTA Remote Admin may be able to stick around after all! I just did some minor work on it, fixed a couple bugs and typos, and updated some information. Like the remainder of the project, it was also just updated to use Visual Studio 2013...which brings me to another announcement: Due to recent changes within MTA as a whole toward using only Visual Studio 2013 and above for a multitude of reasons, we have done the same. This means that the entire project can now only be built using Visual Studio 2013 or later. This also means that anyone using Windows 2000 Professional or earlier will unfortunately no longer be able to play, administrate, or host servers. This decision was not made lightly, and as much as I personally hate to see compatibility lost, it was a necessary change to continue the project forward. I apologize to anyone affected by this change, but also highly suggest you consider upgrading to something much newer if you are one of the very few left in this category of users. Moving on, I would like to remind everyone that many more updates to the project can also be found here: http://bugs.projectredivivus.com/roadmap_page.php Please keep in mind that this does not show all of the changes we've made, or the work we've done, as it does not sync up with our private or public repositories. It will, however, give you a brief idea of what we have been doing lately! Link to comment

SugarD-x
Ya, it is a known issue I'm looking into. Somehow it was improperly linked in the database. Link to comment

SugarD-x
He already has! Right now he has been in charge of a majority of the coding on the 0.5.1 release. Thanks to him, numerous issues have been fixed, and a number of other features and changes are being completed as we speak. Link to comment
SugarD-x
Once again, many thanks to ixjf for his incredible contributions to the project! http://i.imgur.com/mYyq1YV.png http://i.imgur.com/sW6UwGj.png http://i.imgur.com/JIXHTEv.png http://i.imgur.com/bRTbC4H.png http://i.imgur.com/pEd8jZa.png MTA 0.5.1 with its new GUI. The old one was removed due to its ancient code causing an enormous amount of bugs for the entire client, which included crashes, annoying sync problems, and various other issues. It is important to note that this is still very much a work in progress, however a very large number of problems that caused most of the crashes have since been resolved, making the client and server extremely stable, and free of many of the old issues we used to experience. SugarD-x
Due to a very large number of changes, bug fixes, and additions to the upcoming 0.5.1 release, we have decided to move forward and officially rename said version number to 0.6. This comes after several long discussions, and we feel that it would be more appropriate to the situation. For those wondering, this also means that the "original" 0.6 version has been changed to 0.6.1 in order to reflect our future plans. Hopefully with these changes, many of our excited users can begin to understand and appreciate all of what is soon to come to their Multi Theft Auto world! Remember, don't play with yourself. There's no fun in that! Link to comment
