The best way for you getting those scripts if someone experienced gives you the code, or you learn how to script, else you will need to buy it off someone.

you CAN'T have a script without an meta.xml. If you mean the whole script not only source codes, you might find that some people don't have the time or just can't be bothered to put it into a resource.
