orappa Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 Your ISP is assigned a range of IPs that it can use for its clients. Presumably someone in your range committed an offence which caused the admin to block the entire range. Note that just blocking the one IP wouldn't work because they are dynamic on your ISP.

Sigh... How do I get in touch with the admins then? I tried emailing randomly to some that works on this site, hehe, but it didnt work:P Maybe I just shouldnt bother...
