Forrest
Here, to all those that are constantly questioning it and denying it, here's proof that it's possible. (That's a sniper scope attached to an AK.) I won't tell you how, since that's your job as a scripter. Ciao. Link to comment
xTravax
from that picture it just looks like you got a weapon mod Link to comment
Forrest
Nope, it's attached. The original test, to replicate adding a silencer. Link to comment
Castillo
And this is on MTA? because there are some mods which does it on the single player ( if I'm right ), so, maybe post with proof of being in MTA? Link to comment

Castillo
It could still be a weapon mod as the guy above said. Link to comment

Forrest
It could still be a weapon mod as the guy above said. You saw me type the command, now you go and make a weapon mod that activates via command and you'll notice that the weapon will flicker/set you to a different weapon, I didn't, it was an instant attach. qaisjp
Regardless, there's no way to prove either side is right or wrong. Forrest, I'm not saying you're right or wrong. Cas, I'm not saying you're right or wrong. The only way to prove this is by manipulating the attached object afterwards, like setting the scope alpha to 127 and different alphas. This will show those who do not believe you that it is a separate model and not part of the entire weapon. Link to comment

Forrest
Here, a second video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0gr4a_cl5Q It cut off at the end as I accidentally hit stop, I was going to say that it's obvious I ain't replacing it since the model does not flicker or switch, but yeah. Noki
I can confirm this isn't a mod. I've been modding for quite some time now, and that ain't no mod! I am very curious at to how you did it. Most likely detaching the scope from the original sniper model and replacing another model with it then scripting some sort of attachment thing. Meh, you still have had to of modded something, so it's okay. If you came out of the dark and told us remotely how you did it, would be great! Definitely help modders like me. Link to comment
Forrest
The scope model itself is a mod, yep. I'm an ex-modder too(Quit MTA/GTA for GTA:O/V). I used the model from the sniper to stay in with the SA theme. However, how I did it will remain a mystery. It's for you to figure out. Link to comment

Noki
However, how I did it will remain a mystery. It's for you to figure out. Sorry, I'm an idiot in MTA scripting. But, is the script one where the scope will float around (CIT Vip hats system) or is it stuck in place on top of the model? Link to comment
Forrest
It's slightly floating due to MTA/GTA restrictions, however it isn't too bad. Link to comment
Forrest
If someone who will actually utilize this and do something with it wants to know how it's done, shoot me a PM. Link to comment
