Hello, is there any way I can cancel the reconnect command?

Not really. You can only delay and eventually crash the client out from the game, but that's not suggested.

How about making a script that denies the request of the reconnect cmd? Is it possible?

Why would you want to disabled the command? still, is not possible.

No, you can't. That's just like disabling the quit command, impossible.
