making cut sence

I saw cut senses playing on player login in some servers so can anyone tell me how to do that?

As in like play senses from a movie? You need to convert the video file to a bunch of .png (or .jpg) and use this function:

dxDrawGifImage.

in the cut scene I see moving peds doing stuffs like driving vehicles .. etc so how can I do this too?
