Paradise RP Panel issue

Hello, I just downloaded paradise RP for my Roleplay and when i want to open the panel that comes with the script with P key it only gives me certain rights such as options or maps, i cannot click anything else besides those. How do i fix this issue? Also i jsut found out that on the console when i logged in it says this...
