Serial Ban wont go away

Well, I got Serial banned on a Roleplay server a while ago. But recently they told me I have been unbanned. But whenever I try to join the server, it just says "Disconnected: Serial is banned."

Is this a server problem, or client problem?

Well, it could be the server as the server is the one that banned you and holds the info on your ban info and if you were unbanned then the server is suppose to release/remove the info.

Well, the admins says they have unbanned me. But I still get the same message when I try to connect to the server.

Then obviously your serial hasn't been unbanned. It's still in the XML ban list.

God damn it. They keep saying im unbanned. One admin even posted this in the ticket on their ticket center:

Capimeeen/1FAE4AAC3067AB536D93342DD1BE7042/9284 was unbanned by John Wolforth. (S: DA-XS)

I have, but I gotta say.. The staffs at that server is slow as fuck.
