DayZ Vehicle Help

Hello, I got a DayZ server, which apparently has no vehicles spawned, I'm wondering; how do I get the vehicles spawned? Am I lacking something or..? Thank you for responses, if you are willing to tell me some!

Did you put the internal.db given at the downloaded file at your server?

Im not sure if it works, but my friend can use:

"/spawn [VEHICLE NAME]"

I found this in the cmd log ... " [15:47:50] INFO: test

What does it mean? Oh and the "internal.db" is broken i think, could you send me a new one?!
