Crash help Me

How come while playing in a server after a while I crash and I get a facade with this script:

I have the same problem since 2 months. I'm tired to fix this.

I have notebook with 2 graphic cards: NVIDIA GT640M and Intel 4000 HD. Some days ago I was try to change card for mta NVIDIA to Intel 4000. Game start working fine on Intel card but on NVIDIA card game were still crashing. Now mta getting crash on Intel and NVIDIA card. GTA SA working fine. idk why its happend.
