GTA:SA is not working ( don't send error )

HI guys, gta sa is not working. when i click on gta sa.exe its run but after gta logo, "Don't send" error came out. I tried deleting set file and no cd crack and compatiblity things. but still its not working.

Oh, i tried and its worked (Sorry for last time).

Edit:- gta sa is completely freezing and i had direct shut down my pc by unplugging it.

mta sa hanging and when i click on server, which i want to play, it gives error message (Same with host game).

Please install the following:

• Chipset driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Ok,i have formated my pc and i install gta sa again but its lagging and some times it freeze, so i uninstall it. i think it is cd problem so i am going to buy another cd and try it.thanks for help!
