how to speed fps up?

hii iwant help just in my mta i have low fps is i download game ranger but still same my fps speed is 15:17

is there any way to speed it up ?

Your drivers are all up to date. The only thing you can do to improve FPS is reduce graphical settings.

What's your FPS while playing GTA:SA in Single Player?

Buy a new PC? Or put a video card in it? You're using onboard video from the motherboard. I wouldn't expect an FPS over 15.

backup means take orginal files and put it to any folder

you should backup effect , timecyc.dat and tress

because maybe files cause MTA Crash

Your suggestions are all shit. The easiest option: Buy a new PC. Ofcourse if you dont already got a powerful PC like I have but lags then come here, I have a powerful PC and I fixed the lag, but your PC sucks.
