MTA Dayz Group gates and custom spawn points.

So basically, i'm inquiring about two thing, one

Group gate's, i've seen in alot of server's, admins or donators have, i have recently opended my own server with skin mods, vehicle mods ect. theres a few underground places which i'd like to claim as my own, and wonder if theres a in game mapping tool i can use for the server to make a gate and set it to my group only?, be great if i could get some assistance on it.

Custom items spawns, i've seen in a few MTA videos, people make custom spawn points for items, could some tel me how.

So, i downloaded em, where do i put them, nothing is working.

After you download them, put them in your "resources" folder located in "server\mods\deathmatch".

Do i put it there as a rar file or unzipped?
