get a better graphics card. simple as that. also, turn gta graphics all the way down, turn frame limiter off, antialising off, and draw distance to the 3rd notch

ok, in MTA, go in-to settings and click on the video tab and turn everything down.

The driver didn't update successfully, but that's okay. The one you have installed is probably the latest version for your card.

Everything else is up to date. Your laptop is fairly old, so there isn't much else you can do to improve FPS except use the lowest graphics settings. Try MTA:SA 1.3.2 if you haven't yet.
