you need to pay your servers per month it depends on number of slots

you pay with credit card or sms with real life money

so then just pay again server on some hosting site you used.

You are wrong. You can run servers from your own computer without having to pay anything else than the electricity bills.

You can either host a server from a website (money), or you can host it from your own computer! (Need your ports forwarded for others to play)
