Create a server ?

I wanna know how to create a RP MTA server .

How to do it ? where to place the files ?

Put resources here: *\MTA San Andreas 1.3\server\mods\deathmatch\resources

i do but when i start a server i dont see any RP

You have to make your scripts yourself or download from the community.

Making a server is not just setting a name and starting it up... You need scripts that make it a Roleplay server. Otherwise it's just the basic gamemode of MTA, empty...
