i am play in (some) server my FPS is 20 or 35 and maps some maps 50 FPS and some 35

my fix quailty is low

i am try patch frame limter still FPS and lag

MTA patches frame limiter already, you can remove that patch.

My PC has 2GB RAM and an intel Core 2. I run MTA and singleplayer perfectly, my guess is to check your connection.

My PC has 2GB RAM and an intel Core 2. I run MTA and singleplayer perfectly, my guess is to check your connection.

Its all about the Graphics Card- this is the main thing that has to be good my PC has Intel i3 proccessor, 4GB ram, and Intel HD graphics and thats why i have lag. And ping on speedtest is pointless because my ping is there 50 but in server its over 100. So yeah check what graphics card you got and watch what servers you play on because some servers have big resources. And maybe wipe your disk out of old things.

They dont help much... they only turn off background programs. For me the gamebooster is pointless because so little maybe 2fps improvment.
