my server is not listed in the browser

and i opned my ports and they are open

and players can access it what is the problem

well, the Game-Monitor site is having problems.

How long has the server been on? The initial "registration" does happen automatically, but can take quite a while. Give it a day or so.

Edit: and, you know, there's no such thing as "groove street", it's "Grove"
