High CPU Usage

Hello,

So, I'm already having high CPU usage for a few days, I've got no viruses or anything similiar, I have used Advanced System Care Pro to fix-up my PC, but that didn't work too.

I've been also looking through the task-manager to see are there any applications which do make it higher and it seems there are no such applications.

Basically, have any of you got solutions for this kind of issue?

I was just about to suggest to you to clean all the Program Data from your computer using CCleaner

That would not help reducing CPU usage. The problem was that he had PC in hibernation ( I mean, he didn't shutdown PC, just hibernated ) for 4 months, I guess ( I'm not sure, that was much time ago ).

Well, I'm putting my PC to a sleep mode 9 months already but I don't have problems anymore.
