Guest Posted October 28, 2003 Posted October 28, 2003 ok so i reinstalled and am still getting the message saying i modified my game can someone make a list of the folders i should have and where and maybe copies of the dat files (cuz i dont want to have to look through those to find a problem)
SM Chaoswolf Posted October 28, 2003 Posted October 28, 2003 Did ya DELETE the Entire GTA VICE CITY folder and the Entire MTA folders, before you reinstalled? It might be that some file was set to READ ONLY and didnt get over writen when you reinstall. It happend to me with MTA v2.0 :!:WE WANT A BLAST SECTION:!: GTA:VC World Height Jump Record holder at 156ft
Ransom Posted October 28, 2003 Posted October 28, 2003 hmmmm =/ if you didn't use the uninstaller, use it. Simply run setup again and tell it to remove GTAVC. If you installed any extras, see if they have uninstallers in add/remove programs... BTW, there are some save files and stuff in my documents. Check there.
